I would feel ten times safer with McCain than I would with Osama Obama. John McCain has served in the military, is a decorated war hero, and continues to serve the people of the United States. Osama Obama serves the extreme left-wing only.

if you folks would just read a little history it would help. a strong military is the best deterrent to being attacked. listen to obama and his plan to cut the military like every other democrat. McCain understands war and history . we will be a lot safer in this world with a man like McCain in the white house. obama is a novice. we need an experienced leader right now.

How can we be safe with John McCain when he's got an itchy finger that's ready to hit the nuke button. Also, at 72 years old, he's a heartbeat away from being six feet under. If the words Sarah Palin don't make you squeamish then you haven't been paying attention to her whacko retoric.

That is an excellent analysis by McCain. As one who worked in "the field" McCain has addressed an issue important to our defense, and recognized needed adjustments. his would have been far above Obama's "pay grade" and his understanding of the geopolitical world. McCain is the answer if you remotely consider national defense a key issue. Yet, many myopic selfish individuals will be too willing to waste their vote on a socialist system that will destroy us all.

This is how safe you'll be with Obama. He said Clinton handled the first attack on World Trade Center in 1993 the right way, "We are able to arrest those responsible, put them on trial.”

Right, a lot of good that did us.

    Help us all.

Sptember 11 would have happend no matter what. Either president will be the same. America hasnt really changed since bill clinton. They all lie and nothing ever changes like the stuff they say they are gonna do for our country, ALL LIES that never happen

I prefer Obama, but if McCain wins I'll support him as President and really hope that he does a good job

This statement was made during the debate to authorize the formation of the Department of Homeland Security. What would you have had him say?

Yes, I am and in more ways than national security. We probably could have if Clinton wasn't busy doing "other things" in the Oval Office. He had Bin Laden 4 times and let him go. He did nothing when Al Qaida attacked the USS Cole and murdered several sailors. What else would they think but that the US was a wuss that wouldn't fight back?

Yes, at least he is willing to admit there was some failure somewhere.

Ironic you should mention that and not mention all the Democrats who voted for the war, then after the fact, decided against. I think that is being a little bit irresponsible with your vote don't you think?
