robin!! he has no super powers and is still pretty kick ****! or bat man all he has going for him is a costum filled with awesome junk

I would have to say Batman, he is always going up against Superman level bad guys and winning and all he has is his skills, wits and gadgets. He has no super powers and yet was one of the original Justice Leaguers shoulder to shoulder with Superman and Wonder Woman. And in most of the Superman vs Batman story lines, Batman wins.
