My wife just got a job three miles from home. She does not even have to get on the interstate to get to work. What is the best used car for her, considering she will use it only to get to work. (we have a 2008 toyota corola for the rest)

Toyota is the best used car and followed by Honda if you are looking for economic car used for normal travel

Elantra is a good little car that is reliable, safe and very good on gas. Civics are also great cars. Do not get anything built by Ford, all of their cars are unreliable, especially the Focus.

Depends on what you want if its just to work and back get a early 2000 Honda Civic for cheap.

one that's really cheap and reliable is a geo prizm. they are corolla's of the same year, but b/c they don't say toyota on them they are typically thousands cheaper.
