i wanted to pay a full payment plus late fees and they wanted to refuse to take it .can they demand all you are late and refuse half
its not as though i am trying to get out of paying this debt i will pay ,but my funds are not rising with inflation .i am doing my best

Yes. If you are in default they can demand payment in full or anything else they want.
What you are asking them to do may be messing up their accounting if it's not a normal payment amount.
When you are past due, you have violated the rules. This is not the time to start worry about whether the lender is sticking to the rules. Pay up.

Send it in to them via cashier's check. They have a right to demand the full payment in arrears, that is two month's payment plus late fees. I can demand blood from a turnip, but that doesn't mean I'll get it.
I think they're refusing your offer to run up the late fees. Send them the check and ensure your payment and late fees are applied correctly. Remember, the late fees may take a large chunk of your payment.

Thats strange that they are refusing to let you pay MORE money than they say you owe them. I would call and keep harrassing them til they let you. I don't understand that.
