can you believe this?

from McCains mouth in fl.

On Monday, McCain gave a final airing to unsupported statements and half-baked truths at rallies such as one in Tampa, Fla., where he said:

_"My friends, if I'm elected president, I won't spend nearly a trillion dollars more of your money. Sen. Obama will."

THE FACTS: McCain's health care plan alone is estimated to cost $1.3 trillion over 10 years by the nonpartisan Tax Policy Center, which also estimates that McCain's tax cuts and spending programs would drive up the national debt by $5 trillion in a decade.

Anyone that has an elementary education can look at the campaigns and tell the obvious differences. I had the ill opportunity to hear Sarah Palin speak for the first time last week. All she talked about, as I am sure McCain does the same, is what the "opponent will do. Hmmm, it would make much more sense to me to focus on what SHE would do instead of slandering. The obvious reality is the republican campaign is very weak. THEY have not offered any relief to the people as a whole. This country is founded on all types of people and when the majority are crying for relief..change is bound to come. I pray for those who are blinded and voting for the candidate that want something for some and nothing for others....can you say hot-tempered self absorbed little old man with smaller arms...UGH yuckeroonie!

McCain is saying anything that pops into his head right now. Nobody is actually paying attention to the substance (except perhaps you).

Nearly everyone has made up his or her mind yet. The only challenge is to get supporters to the polls. On that dimension alone, Obama is way ahead.

Obama raised over $150 Million in one month. So if his team thinks they should invest in a 30min announcement to reach out to undecided voters then why not? Millions of dollars are spent on SuperBowl commercials and we grab the popcorn and soda and watch and discuss which our fav was the next day. But for some reason its an issue for Obama to do it, for political reasons and not sheer entertainment? I'm sorry Levismom7 I don't agree with you at all.
