Will Palin run again in 2012?

If she doesn't make it this time, which is predicted, will she throw her hat into the ring again in 2012? I like her as a candidate whether everyone says she is qualified or not but might she not make a better Democrat than a Republican?

Why do you think she would make a better Dimocrat than a Republican? She is pro everything the left is against. EVERYTHING! Not only that, she just wouldn't fit with the rich elitists who now make up the top of the Dim party, nor the touchy, feely, not-so-bright entertainment bunch. But yes, she'lll be on the ticket in 2012--McCain promised he would only serve one term.

FOR those of you who blindly insist she is not qualified to be the President, go to a very large whiteboard and start listing IMPORTANT attributes of EACH of the four candidates--Palin has more than any of them. Do you really think that because Obama was born in Kenya and raised in Jakarta until he was 10 he has foreign experience? Do you think because he hangs out with a Hamas spokesman and the spokesman's wife, a member of Hamas, he has foreign experience? I think there are many women afraid of Palin because she is a good looking woman who is not fat like they are. I think there are many women who don't like her for her looks, her accomplishments, and her intelligence. And there is the mommas boys who are afraid of intelligent, powerful women. Too bad losers, she will be the first female President of the US--elected or otherwise.

Democrat? With her right wingnut views on everything from abortion to taxation? And with her general snarkiness... Um, I think not. If she does run in 2012, Obama will beat her by a much greater margin than what we'll see today. Not that that would be a bad thing, mind you. Just ask Tina Fey. Palin in '08! Boo-yeah!

She would all but guarantee another 4 years under Obama - or whom ever is the Democratic nominee. Palin plays very strongly to the Republican base, but the Republican base only represents about 1/3 of the American population. I seriously doubt many independents or moderates would support her and I virtually guarantee no liberal would support her.

I love Sarah Palin. I have never ever seen anyone as comical as her in the political arena.

She may well run in 2012, and of course get thrashed really badly.

My suggestion for her would be to make Dan Quayle her VP choice. They would make a great pair. He cannot spell and she does not read.

Palin will probably not be able to recover after this election since she became the butt of so many jokes. Remember Quayle? She would never make a good Democrat with all of the "christian" leanings.

Palin has a lot of the same views that I've got. And while I do like her and think she'd be a fine Vice President, I don't think she has the right sort of experience for being President yet. If McCain takes the election and she runs in 2012, I might vote for her then.

She might. But she won't even win the GOP nomination. I think she's burned a lot of bridges in this election, turned off moderates, and now only appeals to hardcore conservatives.

I sure hope so. The democratic nominee will beat her like a drum.

I hope not, I wouldn't vote for her as of now. Nah, she's perfect as a Republican. She's already captivated the nutty fundamentalists.
