athiests :)) do you have no hope and joy in your life?

Oh, yes, every day I huddle in a corner and wear black. And then I listen to death metal and kill animals.

Not to mention that babby-eating habit of mine...

That question and answer are both ridiculous. I am happier now than I ever was as a Christian. Even though I used to be extremely wealthy living with my Christian family, and I now eat in soup kitchens. Strange, hm?

Of course not! My kitty cat is my Joy! I enjoy cooking! I never had much hope when I was a christian! I don't now if I qualify as an atheist.. I do believe something created this world but I don't believe it to be some God! If there really was a well meaning God then the world be in much better condition then it is! I believe things will get better for me sooner than later.. that is better hope than what I had before!

My hope and joy comes mainly from having my girlfriend (not a Christian) in my life. Also from family, dog (not a misspelling of god) and friends. Add to all that, my magnificent brain (not bragging, just stating a fact) which is completely un-brainwashed by the taint of religion - and my life couldn't be much better.

Just because some believers cannot imagine their life making sense without a god doesn't mean it is so... There is plenty of hope and joy and purpose to be found in life even without a sky daddy monitoring your every thought.

I have hope for many things and I have joy and happiness.

And no, that is not why Christian girls turn on guys or atheist guys. I'd say that it is their doing something that they think is wrong but want anyway. My personnel experience is that there is way too much drama (or was when I was young and dating other Christians).

I've plenty of hope and joy in my life. The asker and answerer don't have a clue about atheists.

I had Hope this morning and I'm going have Joy tonight. My life couldn't be any better.

lol Hope is an empty, powerless wish. I don't hope. I take action. Hope and joy do not go together. lol Even the bible warns that hope deferred makes the heart sick.

Trust me....there just as many Christan's who don't have hope or joy in their life as there are atheists who don't

I have a great life, but I don't feel the need to believe in something fake to make my life any better.
