So if Condoleeza Rice ran for president and won, do you think she'd be getting the praise of the media?

I'm a far left loony and I would think it would be awesome if she was elected. She has a lot of poise and even though I don't agree with her worldview seeing an intelligent black woman as president would be something pretty remarkable. I think the media would be pretty excited about it, too, or at least would have been if she hadn't been part of the Bush admin. She'd probably have to deal with some of the sexism and racism from the same people that attacked Clinton, Palin, and Obama due to prejudice though.

As you say, it would have been TWO reasons for hype.

Why you ask is unclear; that would be the sort of thing they'd go wild about.

I think they're over-hyping that angle, though.

What's imprtant is that the WORST thing to happen to this country at least since the Civil War is drawing to a close. THAT'S infinitely more important than which continents Obama's ancestors were born on.

We're going to have an ACTUAL HUMAN BEING in office! One with those essentials, a brain AND a heart, that the Monstrosity in Chief has lacked, to the detriment of us all.

John McCain would have won with her as Vice but she didn't want to run (I believe that is what was stated).

Condoleeza was Bush's puppet. Why should she get any praise?

If she ran, she'd never get elected because she was part of this horrible administration and did nothing to benefit the American people.
