Computer science masters degree holder looking for MBA program?
Hello all
I am a 25 year old student who is pursuing masters in computer science in the US. I am an international student. I am left with about 6 months in my graduate program .
I have realised that computer programming , development/testing etc are not something that i want to do for the rest of my life. I think i made a hasty decision by choosing masters in computer science.
I want to get an MBA degree that will add value to my resume and improve my chances in the job market on the business side.
I think some of my strengths are communication skills, ability to interact with all kinds of people, people management, good language skills and a good analytical mind.
I am very dependable and trustworthy.
Considering all this ,I wonder what MBA program would best suit me and which is the best program available in the US.
I have no idea about any of the business major. Please throw some light on the majors and kindly suggest how to go about getting the best MBA program....
all answers greatly appreciated . thanks in advance
-ambitious guy

Finish your degree because it will give you valuable training and experience, then apply for an MBA program. You will have a great combination of education and background. Consult the Official MBA Guide, a comprehensive free public service with more than 2,000 MBA programs listed worldwide. It allows you to search for programs by location (US, Europe, Far East, etc.), by concentration (finance, marketing, aviation management, health management, accounting, etc.), by type of program (full-time, distance learning, part-time, etc), and by listing your own criteria and preferences to get a list of universities that satisfy your needs. You can use the Guide to contact schools of your choice, examine their data, visit their web site, and send them pre applications. You can see lists of top 40 schools ranked by starting salaries of graduates, GMAT scores, and other criteria. It's the best service available at http://officialmbaguide.org./

6 months left in your graduate program and you want to quit... What a waste of money that was. Mommy and Daddy are going to be upset you wasted so much of their money. Do you even have any managerial experience? I bet not, so you mine as well stick with what you are currently doing you spoiled brat.
