Your best bet is to use your vet's office. Most groomers are not experienced in working with cats and can make the experience pretty stressful for them. There will likely be at least one "cat" experienced groomer at your vet's office who will be qualified to handle your cat appropriately.

You could try finding a veterinary office with a groomer. This way they could sedate the cat if necessary.

if it lives outside, bring it inside. once it feels safe and realizes you are feeding it, it will bathe.
if it has to stay outside, i would not bother. he will kill the groomer, and roll in the dirt when he gets home.
