How is the job market where you live?
In the USA and abroad, I'm curious.
The job market in Missouri is in dismal shape. More auto plants closing and now the InBev take over at Anheuser Busch.

Unemployment is beginning to increase here in Florida Cary but so far it's mainly in construction and related companies. The small tourist attraction here...Cypress Gardens...just spent 5 million on refurbishing 3 years ago. It's closing down next month for good...has been around since 1937. I'm afraid the whole country is caught in the drain for now.

East Central Florida: It isn't too bad. With the Space Center and the theme parks in Orlando, most people are retaining their jobs. Although the tourist trade has slowed, I haven't heard of service personnel (waiters/waitresses, hotel/motel housekeeping, service station attendants, etc.) losing any jobs
