Re HBOS takeover and shares?

Is there anyone here who is into banking and shares.

Whats the latest on the HBOS takeover re current shareholders, What do u think will happen to any shares held in HBOS.

    I've heard that the deal should still go through and will be finalized in early 2009. I'm currently holding shares in HBOS and hoping that they'll recover.

    You will probaly find your shares will become Lloyds shares, given time they will recover.
