    Property values are going to be dropping anyhow do to the housing market collapse and a sharp decrease in lending. However, that really won't effect much in the neighborhood surrounding the white house as the white house is surrounded by some pretty impoverished ghettos.

    Apparently they are going to increase since so many people want to go to the Obama inauguration that all the hotels are booked solidly and tickets are being scalped on the internet.

    If the property values drop, I guess the lobbyists are going to lose their money and their jobs with Obama in office and the Dems controlling both houses again.

    as damaging to the valuables values everywhere else going up? i think you think of it basically went down interior the section around the White homestead, that isn't be residential besides. Sorry to refuse to respond on your unstated implication that they went down with the aid of fact a black moved in.

    Most of the property far around the white house is Federal Property, so no.

    As for the rest of DC, I am sure it is in the same boat as everywhere else already.
