All you other answerers....
The present Queen is the first Queen Elizabeth that Scotland has ever had! Therefore she is the first QE of Scotland. This may not be her official title, but it is an actual fact.
If you're ever in Scotland, take a look at pillar boxes. Most of them bear the initials GR after the Queen's late father George. They were not updated to say E II R because of the simple fact that the present Queen isn't the 2nd Elizabeth for Scotland.
So anyway, Andy Murray.
I am Scottish. I can't stand Murray. He is a whiner and a bad sport. He lost against Davydenko yesterday complaining of being tired. Well pardon me, but boo hoo. He's a professional sportsman who is paid millions. He ought to be able to cope with the pace. You do not hear Federerer blaming tiredness or whinging in any way about anything in the sport. Nadal realised he was injured and exhausted so he simply didn't take part in the tournament. He didn't complain about it. These guys realise how lucky they are to have their talent and to be able to reap the rewards for this.
Murray isn't grateful for anything. He is not any younger than Nadal and Djockovic, yet acts like he is underprivileged in some way. Murray has also adopted a ridiculous american accent in the last few years. Some proud Scot he is. Also whenever he talks about his mother who has worked so hard for him and British Tennis, he whines about her as if he is a 15 year old child. He doesn't deserve the position he is in.

Col, Check YOUR history books
When Elizabeth I died, King James VI of Scotland became king of England as well as Scotland, thus uniting the kingdoms of England and Scotland for the first time. From this point on the Monarch became head of the Union. Elizabeth was crowned
'Elizabeth the Second, by the Grace of God of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland'.
And Yes, QE2 will honour Mr Murray with a knighthood at some point

Queen Elizabeth the first of England is dead, and there isn't a queen Elizabeth of Scotland either of any reign.

Please, please, please learn a little about the British monarchy. The regnal numerals are clearly explained on Wikipedia, start your education there.
Plus Queen Elizabeth II of the United Kingdom is not "of Scotland" nor is she "of England". Which renders your entire question senseless.
