Why did Alaska courts find Governor Sarah Palin guilty of abuse of power and then convict Senator Ted Stevens?

What's wrong here?

Ummmmm what are you on... The found her NOT guilty for abuse of power. Ted Stevens has committed several felonies, he was convicted. That has nothing to do with Sarah Palin....

No Alaska court, or any court of law, ever found Sarah Palin guilty of abuse of power. One biased independent investigator, who was friends with both the democratic committee chairman and the person who was fired, stated that she probably committed an abuse of power because, even though her action was justified, it might have been done for the wrong reasons.

To give you an idea of how stupid that is, pick anything you did today and then prove that you didn't do it for selfish reasons. You cannot prove a negative.

Governor Palin was found to not have violated any laws by a state panel. It was just an opinion that she violated her powers. If it wasn't an opinion they would have charged her with breaking the law. The personnel board found her innocent of all charges made by Wooten.

Senator Ted Stevens had a full jury trial and that jury found him guilty. I have read that he intends to appeal the decision. I don't see anything wrong.

Well, it is true that Sarah abused power and Ted Stevens was convicted for legitimate reasons.

    None of the above.

What is wrong is that Alaska courts did not find Sarah Palin guilty of abuse of power. A legislative committee determined that she not done anything legal but was guilty of conflict of interest

Ted Stevens was convicted by a court in Washington,DC.

They recently exonerated Gov Sarah Palin. She was cleared of any wrong doing, including abuse of power. Stevens is another story and got what he so rightly deserved.

Source(s): Watch the news and have friends who live in Alaska and they are Democrats.
