If you could take 6 months off from your normal life what would you pursue?

I want a few more answers to this question I asked:

As stated, if you could take 6 months off from your busy life and could put yourself first (as in no major obligations or responsibilities), what would you do? I'm looking for a goal. As in, if you could devote your life for 6 months to achieving something, what would it be?

Personally, I'm a fairly intelligent college junior bound for med school. But, I've been remixing music for a year or two, and if I was given that time, I'd put in the the type effort I do for academics to become a full-fledged DJ.

What would you do?

Inspire me.

To give you an idea of why I'm asking, at this moment, I am writing a Medical Ethics paper and listening to DJ Tiesto.

Update:

grammar error: "...the type of effort..."

Update 2:

2nd person: it's one of those things i think i will never do...i have put my blood, sweat, and tears into getting where i am thus far academically. I know it sounds like I'm a little young to be saying that at only 20, but the fact of the matter is, I have put 99.9% of my efforts into pouring over books and getting results. And not even my wildest dreams are going to stop me now.

Update 3:

And, yes, money does reign. It's unfortunate, but I'm a realist, so you don't have to convince me.

ell i have 2 ways to look at that. one is to become a dr. or get a degree and a professional position in society. make a financial difference in your life( in other words, start making a comfortable living and purchase a home or property investment of sorts. then take your dream job as a dj, like a retreat or time off. or two. take a sem off of school and go full force dj-mania and set a time limit of 6 months as you said, and then go back to your studies. medical tech can only get better you will always learn and then become a somebody. myself, i am 46 and put my desire of gypsy living dreams before my career dreams and had fun exoeriences of life, but now i have to go back to school to make a lliving and have something to eat when i retire, if i can retire?

Source(s): learning from reality that you cant live off the earth or love. its all about money.

Well,im an Indian and die hard dance lover,i have been taking dance classes 3 years ago,its classical dance form,Kathak, then i had some health related problems and had to stop dancing for atleast a year, unfortunately. Now im doing pretty well but there is no time in my hand,so if i get 6 months of time then i would definitely complete my Kathak session.

My goal would be to figure myself out in those six months. I'd do that by going on a 6 month road trip across the US without a map.

I'd travel Europe. Like poising for artist while they paint! I love art, and being apart of it.
