crappy skin at 24...?

I'm 24. Up until a couple of years ago I had really bad skin. I went on roaccutane, which really cleared things up. Since then though I've had smaller little spots...enough for there to be constant little red marks on my face.

I wash my face twice daily, drink plenty of water, don't eat alot of sugar or fatty food, don't drink and take zince and garlic tablets. Are there any other tips get your skin looking nice? My parents both had bad skin as teenagers, but grew out of it in their early twenties...

I have bad skin at times myself and I am 29.

I also use proactive now. Believe it or not it works. You have to use it 3 times a day religiously. I am a huge fan of it.

If you drink soda try laying off of it for a while to see if that works. It worked for me some. Plus drink more water.

Once I went on the Adkins diet and my skin was completely clear after a month of being on it. In fact my skin was never better. But keep in mind some experts believe that this diet is unhealthy and it might be.

Try bio oil for the red marks. For prevention, try using glycerin soap.
