Legislative process question?

List at least three places in the legislative process where a bill can be stopped/blocked or modified. I can't find them. Thanks!

    The president of the U.S can veto a bill.

    The Supreme Court can hear a case on a bill and modify it.

    The Senate does not pass a bill that the Congress passed.

    Filibuster- The Senators will talk about a bill for an extended period of time to prevent a vote on the bill.
