What are some good arm exercises?
I really hate my arms, and I need to find some good fat burning and toning exercises for my arms.

Triceps: Bench Dips
Biceps: Curls
Shoulders: Shoulder Press or Flys.
Forearms: Squeezer Thing..(optional) You'll probably get enough from just grasping dumbbells.
Fat burning will come with eating right and cardio exercises. Do lower weight and maybe 15-20 reps for muscle toning. Doesn't actually strengthen as well though.

You can't target fat loss. You can make your body lose fat overall, but it chooses where to take it from. Arm exercises are pretty small in terms of calorie burning, eating less garbage and doing 400m sprints are the best way to rip off fat ... though not the easiest.
what does 'toning' mean. You can make your arm muscle bigger. Or you can choose not to make your arm muscle bigger. If you want the muscles to get bigger, I'd suggest doing compound exercises - pushups for chest and tricep (back of arm), pullups for back and front of arm, and lunges/one leg squats for your legs. You'll probably improve your arm tone faster that way (since it triggers your body to build muscle) then you would _just_ working arms, but if you really wanted to, curls for the biceps, and tricep extensions for the triceps would work, though no faster then pushups/pullups most likely.
