I found spoiled meat in my boyfriend's backpack..?

Wouldn't just dropping it into a garbage can do the job?

the best way to get rid of the backpack is to simply just find a dumpster and throw it away, thats really grose need to ask him why he had meat in his backpack for a month.

You could try washing it on a long cycle and if it still smells before you dry it, juts toss it. Buy him a new one and just remind him not to do that again.

Put it in a plastic garbage bag, tie it tightly, and chuck it into the garbage can.

Put it in a bag and put it out side till it is trash day.

Tell him the truth and stick his nose in it. He might just throw it away for you.

If you have a dog... tell him your dog ate it. Or a neighbor's cat or dog urinated on it and it was just terrible. If he believes those, then burn the hell out of it.

Ask him to do something with it. Take it to a laundry-mat and wash it.
