If god would show himself when you die, what will you say?

I read about an old famous atheist who was asked the same question, his answer was "You didn't give any evidence!"ehehe thought it was funny.

If you were and atheist, what would you say?

And if you have a religion, and another god from a different religion showed up, what would you say?

There is no "if", rather "when" and I will say (If I can speak at all):

"Thank you so very, very much for rescuing me and I am so very, very glad to finally be home!!!"

Oh, well. You win some and you lose some. What else could one say? The fact of the matter is that there is insufficient empirical evidence to support the hypothesis of a god and/or gods. There is no god and consequently no heaven or hell.

There is only one God, Jehovah be His name. (No, I'm not a JW)

    Luke 12:11-12

Christ tells us; "When you are brought before synagogues, rulers and authorities do not worry about how you will defend yourself or what you will say, for the Holy Spirit will teach you at that time what you should say."

Also when it is our time to meet God, He will already know what we are going to say so we shouldn't worry. He knows our hearts.

It's up to God, not me.

I'd say the same thing. I'd also add that asking us to believe in him despite a lack of evidence, and then punishing us for being reasonable and rational is a dick move.

I'd ask him how he would expect me to believe in him over any of the other thousands of religious beliefs on earth. Especially given the limited knowledge we have.

I guess I would just say, "Sorry, but you didn't bother even to tell me you exist."

I wouldn't say anything - I bet I could really freak him out by just staring at him!

    "Okay. So now what?"

I make no excuses and offer no apologies for being who I am -- and if your God thinks I need his forgiveness for acting exactly the way he designed me to, he's got another thing coming...
