Bearded Dragon Gender?

I have a bearded dragon a little more than a year old. The pet store that we got it from a year ago told us that the lizard was too little yet to determine its sex.

Now that Clyde is plenty grown, I don't know what characteristics to look for to determine his/her gender.

Can someone help?

on the underside of their tail, just above the vent, there is typically either a single bulge (or none) or two separated bulges. If you see two clearly separate bulges, you have a male. If you see only one, you have a female :)

Also look along the underside of the upper leg, do you see small or large dots? Those are femoral pores (sometimes they have waxy plugs in them) if your dragon has large pores then it's male, if you can't see the pores easily it's female.

He/she is probable nonetheless to small to tell..even my vet could not tell with mine till he became into very just about complete grown. the finest thank you to tell is to look on the backside of the tail..men might have a series of bumps (pores) that ladies don't have.
