I don't think they run the military all that well either. They incur expenses that would make you and I faint. Just as an example, they were charged $1000 each for new toilets at an army base. I could go down to the local hardware store and pick one up and have it installed by a plumber for under $200. They overpay for just about everything because of the bidding process. Everyone knows they will get the bid if they are the lowest....regardless of what weird charge they use so they all just ask more.

I wouldnt even say the Military is ran all that well. Afterall, untold millions are spent on phony war contracts. Remember haliburton? These contractors often make bad weapons in exchange for your tax-payer money.
Basically, no good government agency exists. The real question here is why dont government agencies go out of business? Even if you did believe they were all good, surely one of them must be unworthy. I mean if a business had invested in Ethanol like the government did, they would of went out of business. Government doesnt suffer the bad consequnces of its actions like the free market does, therefore its going to make more mistakes and more often. And its because it feeds off your taxpayer dollars, thats why we must keep government small and Say No To NoBama.

none of the ones that Republicans cut the budget of everytime they are in office and start wars, crippling them until democrats get into office and raise their budget so they can actually function better.
And to be honest, you are delusional if you think the the military runs well. It is the biggest waster of tax dollar in our country. It is inefficient and buys enormous amounts of supplies that it will never need just to get a better price on each item.
It then has a tentacle in about every other budget of every other program ran by the government.
So the military budget is far bigger than you think.
Some of its budget is written down as education. Some of it social programs.
Funny how right-wingers think the military runs better the more money it wastes, but our educational system must be cut to barebones.
FDA works pretty well when a Veternarian isn't appointed as head of it.
FEMA works pretty good when somoen who knows what they are doing is head of it.

Not one they are all run poorly-because they are all unconstitutional including the standing Army...the only standing military force the Constitution allows is a Navy.
The militias make up the Army in a time of war.

The National Park Service. It's always nice to visit one of our national parks. They are usual well kept. You never really hear of any corruption.
Or was this a rhetorical question?

seeing as how you admit that the Military runs well, maybe we should put them in charge of National Health Care.
