    never seen seeds in blonga. but i hate seeds in salami. they make me choke.

    Fennel seeds are a traditional spice in sausages for flavour.

    They are usually fennel seeds or peppercorns. They are added for flavor. Salami is a dry cured sausage and most sausages have these added for flavor.
