What is good diet to lose weight without starving? ?

I want to drop at least 10 pounds, but not starve myself.

    Eat lean protein and foods high in fiber. It takes longer for our bodies to digest them, so it keeps us feeling satisfied for a longer period of time.

    Try egg whites for breakfast. Load them up with some vegetables, like spinach, peppers, mushrooms. An egg white only has 15 calories, but 7 grams of pure protein...it's a wonder food.

    Also try eating fish, chicken breast, shellfish, and lean beef. Always combine with vegetables, and make sure you stick to whole grains.

    OK, you may not think that diet pills work, but I found some that work.

    I am a 27 yr. old female. I started the pills when I weighed 141 lbs. I went down to 128. It did take me about 25 days (well, exactly 25 days, since I was counting).

    What the pills do is they reduce your appetite tremendously, to the point where you actually have to remind yourself to eat (eating is a must to keep your metabolism working).

    Anyways, the only thing is they are kinda pricey. I paid about $65 per one month supply. THey are all natural however.

    I later recommended it to a couple of my friends and we ordered 5 packs, in which case each box was about $35 each.

I actually tested the reviews function of their website to see if it's legit (I posted a review to see if it would appear on there, and it immediately did; which tells me that they don't write their own reviews; they are actually reviews of real people who have used the pills) I also like the fact that you only take one pill a day (in the morning) and nothing else is needed. It gives you energy, makes you not hungry, lose your cravings, but you do become thirsty, so stock up on bottled water! They work awesome. I am going to lose 10 more lbs. I took 5 days off without the pills to see how my appetite is and it did go back to normal, so you will have to basically make sure you maintain your goal weight by not overeating (which isn't hard, once you hit your goal, you won't want to go back to a bigger you).

    You need to cut out all things detrimental to your health. You can't sit there, sip on a soda, and wonder why you're not losing weight. No fast food, no pop, no candy, no Tyson chicken. Basically, nothing frozen that isn't vegetables. Look at the calorie/fat grams, If it's more than 5 grams of fat then you don't need to be eating it.

    So you don't get confused, I would cut out everything that isn't fresh. Fresh meat (seafood is best), fresh fruits, veggies, some juice, some wheat bread. My friend, that is the only way you're ever going to be healthy. That, and drink lots of water and exercise. There's no other way around it. You simply can not drink pop, eat tv dinners, and expect to lose weight.

    Eat your carbohydrates early in the day and then stick with major proteins throughout the evening. You should also observe the rule thirds--divide your plate into thirds--one part vegetables, 1 part protein source, and 1 part complex carbs.

    Complex carbs are whole grain stuff and brown rice. Don't eat the other stuff. And proteins such as fish chicken breast and lean meats.

    Add to that a cardio regimen and lift light weights 3-4 times a weeks and you should be fine.

    Eat lots of fruits and veggies. They're low calorie and take up lots of space. You want high-volume foods- ones loaded with water. Soup is a great choice because it's very filling. Just watch out for the sodium. I like Campbell's Select Harvest soups.

    Don't forget that you need lean protein and low-fat dairy to help you stay full and keep muscle.

    starving never helps it actually puts on pounds...

    but as eating goes cut down on things like spaghetti or if you eat salad cut down on dressing .

    working out looses fat too but if you hate to exersice stay off of pop and punch and go for things like WATER

    im pretty young so thats all i have to tell you...
