Has your bf/husband/partner ever bought you something absolutely hideous and unwearable for Christmas?

Yes I have a couple of times and when noticed it was not being used and asked about it I received a very long and untrue story. So I knew she thought it was awful both times. we now discuss the matter and my adult daughter pushes me in the right direction

My hubby is usually spot on when he buys me clothes and to be honest I look forward to him buying me stuff as he has great taste, however one year he bought me a purple velour jumper and it was vile, In fact it was that bad I did say at the time "Who do you think I am your Granny?" Yes I know a little ungrateful but if you had seen it you would understand!

My hubbys Gramp who was 89 at the time lived alone and done his own Xmas shopping bought me pants in a size 22-24 because I was 24! Classic im a size 12! I did however thank him and gave them to the charity shop!

My boyf at the time 2 xmas's ago bought me a louis vitton purse and hangbag - the purse was nice but the bag was awful!! I kept quite as it cost a lot but about 6months later told him i didnt really like it and he was ok with it saying i should have said sooner and we cud have returned it!

Nope. He always asks me for a list of things I'd like, which rarely includes clothing.

My husband does not buy me presents. He usually asks me what i would like and i give him a choice of things i need and like. That way i am never disappointed. :)
