How to best recycle recorded cassette tapes?

Back in the day, I recorded a lot of albums to cassette to listen to in my car, etc. I have hundreds of these still, but no more use for them. I'd like to do something constructive, legal and "green" with these. Any suggestions?

Since you got no other other answers, I may as well offer a suggestion. Find a vintage music store. Believe it or not, there are still people who prefer to listen to music on obsolete storage mediums. There is even a store near where I live that sells 8-tracks. The store may or may not offer some small amount of cash in exchange for them, but even if the tapes do not manage to sell, no one is more likely to have an agreeable way of disposing of them.
