Would you share your Lottery winnings?

Our office puts in money every week for the lottery. We all give it to one person and he gets the tickets. Some of us wonder(hypothetically) what's from stopping him from just saying those were he personal tickets and ours didn't win. What if he changes his mind and doesn't share? Would it be hard for you to share if you were in his shoes?

    just use the copy machine to copy what he buys and ask him where he buys them so that you can check out if the store has cameras, '

    you know i often wonder why i see story's about people that never cash in their tickets and if they bought them where there are cameras then why not show them on the news so they can know who it is, ;

    i saw once on cable about this one guy who had his big winning ticket stolen by a cashier who tried to cash it in but the investigators found out and arrested the cashier when he could not prove he bought it and then they had the Camera picture on the news of the guy who did buy it and his wife saw it and told him,

    My husbands office does this too - and to prevent any fraud, they photocopy all of the group tickets and give everyone (that is a part of the group) a copy. Then everyone knows the numbers when they watch the lottery drawing at home or read the results in the paper. They do this just to prevent what you described above. Keeps everyone honest! Of course, they haven't won anything big yet, but they keep hoping!

    It probably would be difficult to share the winnings because the lottery is a lot of money. The extra money would be especially useful during the failing economy. But sharing the money would be the right thing to do. Who ever took all the money not only cheated their coworkers, but lost all trust and friendship they had with them.

    Just get a pick-slip and play the same numbers each week - then there can be no question of hanky-panky.
