Does any one know the name of this bread?
Its hollowish on the inside and has thin 'rolly' layers. I saw it in a magazine and know i can find it. i'm pretty sure it starts with a P
it wasn't phylo or pita it was traditional bread shapped and sweet

Phyllo dough. Any good grocery store will sell it in the freezer section with the frozen pie shells and puff pastry.

Hm, this isn't bread but there's a pastry dough called phyllo that is used in things like baklava. It's a ton of buttery thin layers on top of one another.
