The showerhead must be jam packed full of ****. Try replacing the shower head, if it's old.

Unscrew it before U go to work or whatever and let it soak for at least 8 hours in CLR, stuff found at the hardware store or if U cant go there, white vinegar. Take it out and rinse and screw it back on. If it doesn't help, buy another water-saving one. They aren't expensive.

take it off and Soak it in a powerful cleaner, if that dose not help look for a screen on the back you should have 3-5 screens in it. You can take a few out for more pressure.

chicagar has the correct answer if you can remove it fill a small pail with enough vinigar to cover it and a day you will notice a great improvment, you may be able to just remove the part with the holes and plastic insert and soak them

Unscrew it and soak it in some white vinegar. This will get rid of all the hard water build up.

you can buy a new one that has more pressure i got one really good at a.j wright . really cheap, so look for one in odd places like marshalls , tj maxx bloomingdales outlet etc.
