Anyone have experience with Capstar for a cat who is not well? ?

Now I do not know that this was caused by the Capstar so this is why I am asking. I asked our vet's staff if our older and not well cat could still use advantage and they said yes and also recommended Capstar to immediately kill any adult fleas. She got a lot sicker quickly and died in a few days. She was chronically ill but no where near dying before the Capstar. Wondering if this is coincidental or if others have had a problem and suggesting that this may not be a good thing with a kitty who is not well.

Update:

looking for answers not for someone to tell me all vets are infalable. I think a lot of our vet but drs of humans and docytorsd of animals can make errors and there can be unexpected reactions.

I have never heard of Capstar causing any kind of problems....what health problems did your cat have??? My bet would be on coincidence, because if Capstar did have any adverse effects, your vet would have just used Advantage.
