Oatmeal Cookies add chocolate chips?
I am making oatmeal butter cookies and want to try and add choclate chips. Would it be okay if i just threw in a few chocolate chips when i mix the rest of the ingridents? of shoiuld i just get a new recipe? i want to just mix the chocolate chips in. would that be ok?

I've done it before and it's REALLY good. It's also quite good if you mix chocolate chips and butterscotch chips.

yep, I mix dark chocolate chips and dried cherries into mine and skip the raisins all together.

I think it would be yummy. no you dont have to get a new recipe. add whatever you want..raisins, pecans, walnuts, chocolate chips..etc
