Easy and quick ways are-
A) Connect your Xbox to a laptop or computer.
B) CD and just put into ur xbox
C) Put a USB Drive.
Ive done all of these, i personally find it quicker with the USB but sometimes files are too big depending on the size you have.

Flash drive
Music CD rip
If you connect your 360 with an Ethernet cable you can transfer music that way with windows media player 11 or the Zune software.
*These are the only ways without streaming wireless

Well there is way to do it if your 360 is connected to your pc but I have no idea so the other way is to put music on a CD. Then put the cd in the 360 and it should let you download it onto there.

You can use a flash drive, you can plug it in either of the 2 front ports, and I think you can use the back port too.
