They should go to the bride's home, not the parents' or anyone else's.
The post office will not deliver mail that does not have a name as to whom it is being sent to, so option 3 would not work.
Go with #2 for a formal wedding and #1 for a semiformal or casual wedding.

I was my best friends MOH, and we used my address since I helped her with everything. She didn't have a wedding planner or anything. So I would suggest option 3. That way if you are way concerned about the bad etiquette, it will just be like a formal invitation to a wedding. Nobody but those few will know its your address it is going back to. Most don't even pay attention to who gets RSVP's back. =) I would surely use apartment or apt instead of just #626. Congrats and good luck!

It is not bad etiquette. The reply cards should go to whomever is organizing everything. My parents helped pay for our wedding but they weren't organizing it. I had everything sent to my apartment.
I spelled everything out (including the state) on the reply cards, the same way i did on the invitations themselves. I would do it like this:
Bride's Name
5500 South Main Street
Apartment 626
Mycity, Texas 77520

The address used is for the person who will be responsible for organizing, co-ordinating, and recording the rsvps - so if that's you, and you have the time, go for it.
You put your name, and your address.
For ours, my mom offered to do it, so bless her for doing all that work!

it isn't bad etiquette. especially if you don't live with your parents and you want to handle the guest list. i would suggest number one and then its up to you if you want both of your names or just yours or his.
