What are the people of Gaza supposed to do?

Why did the israelis put a siege on gaza when the cease fire was working then? it doesn't matter whether the palestinians resists the apardheid or comply they get treated as **** either way.

They were promised to get the borders opened if they stopped sending their homemade rockets into israel, and they did for 4 months but the borders remained shut. medicine, food, and other vital supplies didn't get into Gaza as promised.

You cant promote peace, but at the same time starve a whole population, deny them of life necessary medicine and expect them to keep quite.

And people please stop the propaganda "if they just stopped the terrorism there would be peace" etc. look at history for gods sake. Israel has never treated the native people humanly.

Apardheid, ethnic cleansing, collective punishment, illegal settlements, and so on has always been israels policy. Look at history and you will see who the real terrorists is.

It's like if you came home everyday to a rapist in your home. No matter what you tried to do. No matter who you asked to help you everyday you come home and you are raped. Are you going to continue being raped or are you going to do something about it?

Israel is doing something about it. They need our support while they go through this. Hamas is to blame why the Palestinians are going through what they are.

Setting aside religious beliefs lets look at the known facts. Israel became a nation in 1312 B.C. Two Thousand years before the rise of Islam. Since the Jewish conquest in 1272 B.C. the Jews have had dominion over the land for 1000 years; with a continuous presence in the land for the past 3300 years. Arab refugees in Israel did not begin identifying themselves as part of a Palestinian People until 1967; 20 years after the establishment of the modern state of Israel we know today.

The Hebrews of old built the holiest temple in Jerusalem at the Temple Mount to honor the Father of the 3 religions involved. When the Arab Muslims destroyed the temple they built their mosque on top of the holiest Jewish site in all of the world. ( It would be like Americans taking over Mecca in Saudi Arabia and building a theme park.) We must wonder how well received that would be.

In a jesture of good faith, the Arab-Muslims systematically desecrated the ancient Jewish cemetary on the Mount of Olives. As Jews wept at the sight of such horror (I cannot express what the Arabs did to the graves...they would delete this). The U.N. said nothing. All told 58 Jerusalem Synagogues were destroyed and no one in the U.N. cried foul.

For over 3300 years, Jerusalem has been the Jewish capital. Jerusalem has never been the capital of any Arab or Muslim entity. Even when the Jordanians occupied Jerusalem they never sought to make it their capital and Arab and Muslim leaders did not come to visit.

In the Jewish Holy Scriptures you will find that Jerusalem is mentioned over 700 times yet, it is not mentioned even once in the Quran- (the muslim scriptures). King David founded Jerusalem and Jews pray facing the city. The Muslims pray with their backs to Jerusalem!

After Hitler's genocide of the Jewish people, Britain gave Israel to the Jewish people so that they may have their homeland back. All peoples on the planet had their own country except the Hebrews. Japanese had Japan. Russians had Russia. Israel belonged to the Israelites. When the Jews began to arrive in Israel the Arabs in 1948 that lived in the area were never asked to leave. They chose to leave. The Arab leaders of the time blocked access to their countries to keep the Arabs (now called Palestinians) in the area of what is now called Palestine so they could use them to fight against the Jews. They never did and still don't want the land. They are there to serve one purpose... to agitate, kill and push the Israelis into the ocean. If all they wanted was a State of Palestine they have had untold number of times to do just that and everytime they have refused and increase the attacks on Israel.

Understand that a Jews who lived in an Arab countries during this time were treated with inhumane brutality and persecution by the Muslims and forced to leave the countries or face certain death. Despite this, Israelis allow Muslims to live in Israel today!!!

Israel is making the same mistake it keeps making time and again - thinking that attacking Palestinians will turn the population of Gaza against Hamas. In fact, as we are seeing, it does nothing of the sort. It simply radicalises the Palestinian population further, and unites the Muslim world (and increasingly the West) against Israel. The only people who are seriously undermined by this are moderate Palestinians, like the Palestinian Authority. Attacking Gaza may be an impressive tactic, but it reveals Israel's total lack of strategy.

Get rid of Hamas, if you want defiance do it verbally, garner support from the 2 billion muslims around the world to pressure Israel into creating a state for the mutual benefit of both the israelis and palestians. Stop the rockets so 500 palestians dont have to die because of your governments stupidity.

How long would you be passive?.... Exactly, think of this question from israel's point of view. These are your words. Complaince? yes, palastine must do so becoz the people you are dealing with are not ordinary and cant stay quiet without a fight. Its almost like their day is not complete without a good fight with neighbor! Israel, would you bring them to justice, will ya?

start building instead of hating.

get a government that has the desire and will to improve the lot of the people instead of just war mongering.

stop shooting missiles into israel.

they get what they reap.

all the valuable infrastructure left to them by israel when they pulled out of gaza 3 years ago was destroyed by them and instead they opt for bombs and for turning their children into suicide bombers.

this is their choice and the ruined society they find themselves in is their way of winning the eternal pity of the world at large.

If people from gaza wanted a change they would stop the Hamas terrorists from sending rockets into Israel and stop them from stockpiling munitions in schools and churches.

that's ridiculous. what's Palestine to do? Israel is taking of their tanks and infantrymen and Palestine can in undemanding terms throw their risk unfastened rockets that have killed one individual. On CNN, it states "Israel and Palestine are mourning their dying." ISRAEL IS MOURNING the only dying they have!!!! 3 hundred human beings have died in palestine and one thousand injured. so think of approximately that israel any injustice is incorrect. Israel does no longer desire to have interplay in any "conflict"

They can stop firing rockets at Israel for a start.

They can go go into some other occupation instead of bomb-making.
