Idea's for an Asian cooking website?
I am currently thinking about doing a new project. I have decided about doing it about one of my loves which is Asian food. I want to make it a web 2.0 style site which I think I should be able to do. I like to learn new things in everything i do so this will be a massive learning experience.
When it comes to what I want in the site I am a little stuck on. Of course I want to make it easy to use but I want it to be feature rich. Is there anything that you guys/girls would like to see that possibly you don't normally see in cooking sites. At the moment I have planned a rating system, user submitted photo displays for each dish. Video (depending on server and money issues). Comment system and an option for users to add in optional changes to the original menu

I would like to see the website have all Asian countries with contributing cuisines (from India to the Philippines) and keep up with current food trends in Asia. Also, definitive glossary would be pretty cool. Or a particular type of food and how it's interpreted in various Asian countries. Like for soups: laksa, pho, sinigang, miso soup, etc.

One thing that I wish more recipe/cooking website had was to be able to change the serving size and then the recipe would readjust to the amount of servings. For instance, a recipe may normally be for 6 servings but you're having 15 people over, it would be nice to be ale to change the 6 to 15 and have the recipe ingredients readjust for 15. I've only seen one website do that and off the top of my head I can't remember which one it was.
