Yes, even with a Base Ticket and staying off site you can come and go to the same park as many times as you want to.

If you are driving make sure you save your parking ticket... you only have to pay for parking once. Same thing with stroller rental if you are renting one... hold on to your receipt, you don't have to pay for a stroller twice, either.

Yes. The park hopper option allows you to go to multiple parks on the same day. But the basic ticket will let you leave and re-enter the same park as many times as you want to in a day.

Don't forget to keep your parking pass/receipt so you don't have to pay parking twice!
