William and sonoma giant cup cake pan?
I was given this as a gift and now I am helping to cater a poker party tonight. It is the HUGE two piece cup cake. I just got two boxes of betty crocker mix. (one to fill each half) Has anyone used these before and what are some tips on how to make the cake look as good as possible. Thanks

I"ve seen them decorated in the W-S stores. They ice the bottom w/ whatever color frosting, then use the spreading spatula to lightly make vertical "stripes" in it, to make it looks like a cupcake paper liner.
Put icing or a filling between the two "layers".
For the top, use choc or vanilla (or cream cheese, or peanut butter) icing and swirl it all over. use a big rubber spatula to get big swirls in it. Rather than dainty, tiny sprinkles, consider sprinkling it w/ Skittles or M&M's candies, so they are proportionate.
