Yes, always overhand, I can't imagine associating with someone who does it underhand. Maybe we can screen these people out during the interview process, who knows how bad their judgement is if they're wrong on this critical issue!

No. But I have wondered why 99% of the rolls in public bathrooms are installed with the paper coming off the back side. That's illogical because of wear and tear on the wall.

No, but people do mine.... I, having cats, hang the roll underhanded so that kitties find it impossible to whirl off huge reams of fluffy white paper. Most like the waterfall or overhanded hang but this is just folly when dealing with scheming little furred beasts.

Yes...cause it's a law that TP must hang over the top of the roll.

I change it to overhang, the correct way, and then make a large origami pterodactyl out of the end bit so as to scare them into not changing it back.

No you don't mess with other peoples stuff it may not be welcome for you to do it if you don't like the way they do things in there home simple go home.
