Time on the job. Is now a good time to move on?
I will be making a large purchase in about 18 maybe 19 months. know that time on the job goes a long way as far as financing goes. I have been at my current employer for almost 4 years now. Some changes are coming in the near future and I just don't think I want to work here anymore. So when I go to apply will 18/19 month at my new job look ok on a credit app? Or should I try and stick it out here a little longer?

I twill look fine - the key is to not have a ny employment gaps so this mean - unfortunately for you - that you do NOT quit w/o having something else lined up. Add to that the pressure to make certain that job will be around in two years. It can be done - just step carefully!
Good luck!

Do not leave your job until you have another one. Find another job and have a year at the new job
