Nice hotel in San Diego, CA near Sea World and SD Zoo?

Here is a list of hotels close to Seaworld and the Zoo. Most of them are pretty decent but I also look for ones that offer free breakfast and free shuttle service to the theme parks.

There are so many nice hotels in San Diego. I'd look in the Mission Bay area if you want to be close to Sea World. It wouldn't be too far of a drive to the zoo. Hilton San Diego Resort is a beautiful resort in that area, but there are many others.

If you want to visit the night clubs in San Diego's Gaslmap District, consider staying in that area so you don't have to worry about parking.

omgsh yes yes yes! I have been waiting for someone to ask this. This is a great hotel! You must stay there! Its a gorgeous hotel over 200 years old built in Victorian times. It is in the City of Coronado, minutes away from San Diego. It is very close to the awesome restaurants of san diego and it is beauuuuuuuuutiful you guys will have an awesome time!

The closest least expensive hotel is the Heritage Inn. This is in the Sports Arena area about 1 mile from SeaWorld. This is the former Premiere Inn. The cross streets are Sports Arena Blvd and Channel way. The Holiday Inn Express costs a little more and is across the street from the Heritage Inn.

For a good value on a decent room in a great location check the Vagabond Inn at hotel circle. The rooms run about $60 a night and there is good MTS public transportation just in front on the hotel. Good Luck!

I agree that the Del is awesome, but it is not close to SeaWorld or the zoo. The Bahia is very nice and close to SeaWorld. The Hyatt or Marriott at Seaport village is very nice and a short drive to both.
