I need help getting revenge on my neighbor, help me out!?

Question

Moved into our first apartment with my fiancé 3 months ago, ever since we moved in the dumb bi*ch neighbor has thrown LOUD parties until 4am during the week, we have both been sick because of the immense lack of sleep she is causing us.  Just the other night her party started at 12am and didn’t dispurse until 6am, we call security but she tells them to f-off, we called the cops and she didn’t answer the door when they came, we work Monday through Friday and she parties Sunday through Thursday, apparently she works during the weekend as a hooker or umm something that only allows her to work 3 days out of the week to pay her bills.

She is a GIANT cu*t, we’ve asked her to please be quiet and she just tells us to mind out own f’ing business, we are trying to think of ways to get back at her for this since she won’t comply with authority, our manager said she is working on evicting her but that could take 30-60 days and we can’t miss sleep for that long!! Usually on Saturday and Sunday mornings around 10am, we blast our Bose system really loud to hopefully disturb her sleep but it doesn’t seem to get the point across.  Without being violent or destroying her property we need a way to get back at her for what she’s doing, what should we do? We thought about picking up some dog poop around the courtyard and throwing it at her door, but then again we would probably get in trouble for that!!

Anyone with any GOOD ideas that won’t put us in jail will get best answer plus a full star raiting!! Please help!!

I understand how frustrated you are.Being a former security guard my self, the very best way to deal with this is to get the police or sheriff involved.  When that authority shows up at her door enough times, she'll get the message. There is probably hard core drugs present also. These kind of people are extremely hard to deal with. A residence across the street from my home was having deliveries made at all hours of who knows what. They finally moved to a different trailer park.

I don't know what kind of set-up your apartment is like but have you tried facing the speakers of the stereo toward her?  Like toward the floor if she's below you or against the wall if you share one?

Is it possible to leave a radio or TV on loudly during the day while you're at work?  Many sounds that aren't wholly annoying will become so if they happen for 8 or 9 hours.

Other than that you can do mean little things like greasing her doorknob, peeing on her welcome mat, oil her windows, be creative.  Does she get a morning or evening paper?

Talk to the leasing office and see what they can do. If not, talk to other neighbours and see if you can all sign a petition for her to be kicked out. I'm sure there's a clause in your lease that guarantees peace and quiet, anybody found disturbing the peace will be kicked out. It worked for me, I had a crazy loud neighbour, the management said they could not do anything without any other neighbours complaining, so we all signed a petition and forwarded it, and threatened legal action against the Leasing office for breach of contract if they did nothing abou it. A week later, she was kicked out, now I live in peace and quiet.

How about the old dog poop in paper bag and lite on fire idea. 

Or you could try to send some religious people to her door (Mormons, Hare Krishna devotees, Jehovah Witnesses, etc.) to piss her off. 

You could also prank phone call her when she is sleeping.

I am not a revengeful person, and i suggest you do nothing.  SHe will get whats coming to her sooner than later.
