any one will do, I'd say whichever you can find the deal on, ( I would be wary of the lightning since your probably not getting a new one and the older ones have HD engines in them)
don't worry about your height and wt. any of these bikes will have enough power and you should fit them fine. I'd go for the SV over the FZ, but just because I think they look better and I don't like FZs.
theres nothing wrong with starting out on a real sportbike either if thats what your hoping to get to.

I have a '05 SV and absolutely love it. I'm a little shorter than you are and opted for a taller handle bar. I've driven the FZ6, they are nice too. I think the seat is more comfy than the SV, but I really like the looks of my SV over all of them.
Don't let the 650 number worry ya. There's plenty of power to stand right up on an SV. Only down side is that Suzuki stop making the naked SV for '09. SV got 10 best used bike to buy which is in the latest "Cycle World" magazine.

WOW!
24 pounds?
Anything is going to be fast with you on it!
Those are all good choices. I like the Buell best, but it's personal preference. The sv650 is probably a better bike in a lot of ways though. The Yamaha would be my 3rd choice. They have just never done it for me.

I'd go with the FZ6. A bit more comfortable than the SV for commuting and touring.

SV650
The Buell, which I have owned is maintenance intensive and would be cramped for someone your size, but is a great bike.
