I agree with you,every government has the responsibility to protect their citizens,all except the government of Hamas,It doesn't show that they care about the people or children dying on their streets for if they cared they surely wouldn't keep launching those rockets into Israel.It's very sad for the families caught in the middle of this war.

I tend to agree with you. Israel experiences many rocket attacks per year and has tried to use diplomacy and lower levels of force to pressure Palestinians to stop attacking them but this has not worked. Israel is simply taking the next logical step and using overwhelming force to end the threat of Palestinian rocket attacks. However it is unfortunate that in this type of warfare civilians tend to get hurt or even killed but we must remember that if they don't want Israel to attack them than they need to pressure their government to stop terrorists from launching rockets against Israel.
