i bet if you let your wife have about 3 uninterupted hours a week so that she could clean with no one at home she could get it done. i bet that would make her happy!!

Get grandparents to watch the kids, send Merry Maids to clean the house, and take her away for a sexual-sensual weekend at a local luxury hotel. And don't make it an anniversary present or Valentine's Day, just spring it on her on an ordinary weekend (check first to make sure she has nothing scheduled). This will do wonders for her and will have some great 'benefits' for you too. I bet you've noticed she doesn't have enough energy for the great sex you two used to have -- this will put the charge back into it. Good luck!

It's the little things that mean the most sometimes. A card or flowers is nice for no reason. Tell her somehow just how special she is and how lucky you and the kids are to have such a great person in their life. Pay attention to what she says. Pick up on the little things.

Get a baby sitter so you and she can have a date once a week and watch the kids for her so she can have a girls day out with friend or family one day a week as well. Help with the kids and with housework.

Buy her little surprise gifts that you know she wants and leave love notes in places she will find them.

Hug her. Help her. Try and understand what she goes through in a day and counteract it with a random act of kindness, like a little letter that tells her what she means to you that she'll find once you go to work. Or send her for a spa day where she can get pampered for a change! I think it's wonderful that you have asked this question; You are obviously a beautiful person who doesn't just think of your own needs and desires. I think honestly, she already knows she's appreciated.

Get a babysitter and have alone time for a weekend or keep the kids yourself and arrange a spa day for her.

Hire a housekeeper if only for one day.

Buy her flowers and pick up pizza for dinner so she doesn't have to cook...good luck..
