How much does my '75 Chevy 1/2 ton 4wd truck weigh.. stock, its a standard shift.. i need to know cause i want to enter it into a race

    take it to a weighbridge and have it weighed most metal recyclers have one.

    1/2 ton (4X4)(5,250-6,500 GVWR max)

    Find a scrap yard locally. They have big scales. They will weight it. Ot go to a truck stop. Almost all have scales.

    Look at the G.V.W. sticker on the inside of the drivers door jamb.

    You're looking at about 4500 to 5000 lbs without you in it.
