Is the Facebook email going around a scam?
Me and a whole bunch of other friends are getting emails saying that facebook needs to get rid of people that arent using it so If we don't send the message to 15 other people we will be deleted in two weeks.
is that true?

no legitimate email will demand you send the email to 15 other people. Even if it looks legitimate it is fake.

Its most likely (99.995%) a scam because i havent gotten it yet. If facebook gave sent it, everyone would get it at once. It it wasnt legit, it would reach certain people like a chain letter. I am 99% sure that facebook would NEVER ask you to sent a message to 15 other people

It's just a junk email, ignore it - i got it about 2 years ago and then got sent it again about a month ago. my friend hasnt been on facebook in ages and has never been deleated
