the infinitive matar is the equivalent of kill

and mata-ndo is the equivalent of kill-ing

"That woman, I´m killing her" the correct translation would be "Esa mujer, la estoy matando"

Lets translate it literally,

That woman me is killing

The translation then would be:

That woman is killing me.

if you are trying to translate it, maybe you picked the wrong song.
