Who was the first team to have each of the following---
1-- A goal horn (different from the end of period buzzer, like those of today)
2-- When was the first time the horn was used during a game??
3-- First team to have a goal song after the horn???
And just because -- Whats the best shocker/reaction you have ever seen someone have after hearing their first goal horn blast at a game??

Joe-- Nothing like the playoffs to bring some intensity-- that woulda been a great 1st game.. Mine just involved a good friend coating 2 rows with beer.. Giving him props because it was partially thru the nose followed by a few "what the hell was thats??"

Sure LITY got the first two so I'll try answer #3 I remember the '87 Oilers had a goal song after scoring..heard it a bunch in the '87 Cup finals.
Shocker? It's still a family site so I'll go with reaction.Anytime I see a family who I think are at the game for the first time.The old horn at the Center was so much better then the one they have now.It was so loud but so cool..
