I know all about PCOS. We've been ttc for 2 years and I'm on my 2nd fertility drug. It's the combination of PCOS and low sperm count that I'm worried about.

If you not want do IVF, HHS say to do this as alternate of medicine:
Lifestyle modification. Keeping a healthy weight by eating healthy foods and exercising is another way women can help manage PCOS. Many women with PCOS are overweight or obese. Eat fewer processed foods and foods with added sugars and more whole-grain products, fruits, vegetables, and lean meats to help lower blood sugar (glucose) levels, improve the body's use of insulin, and normalize hormone levels in your body. Even a 10 percent loss in body weight can restore a normal period and make a woman's cycle more regular.

Hi Tara,
Making the decision with your husband to start trying for a baby must be a very exciting time for both of you. Unfortunately some people are unlucky and may have some problems during the process. One of the most common causes for this is for the man to have a low sperm count.
If you worried that your husband is having a low sperm count, don't worry, there are lots of things your husband can do to increase his sperm count. For instance:
1.Eat right.
2.Drink a lot of water.
3.Cut back on alcohol and junk food.
4.Quit smoking.
